Sofiia’s favourite thing about working for We Solved It!: Helping to bring useful products to customers. I love that my work supports the team and helps everything run smoothly so customers can enjoy their shopping.
Sofiia’s role:
I help make sure customers get the right products on time. I raise and manage orders, check prices and barcodes, and follow up on shipping and documents. I also work with suppliers to make sure everything is correct and arrives without problems.

I raise the orders to make sure they are going to arrive to your home at the right time and follow the process through, making sure the labels and shipping documents are correct and up to date. I also check the catalogues you receive to make sure they are as accurate as possible for you to go through and enjoy!
