Return reasons

If you change your mind about keeping your item, please return it in its original condition within 28 days of receipt for a full refund. You will be required to pay the carriage costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect. All goods are guaranteed for a period of 12 months from date of dispatch.

Returns processing

To enable us to process your instruction quickly, please email help@wesolvedit.co.uk or call 0330 331 0034 to contact Customer Services, who can arrange return of faulty goods. If you are returning a cancelled order, you will be required to pay the carriage costs of the return.
