We’ll get each order to you within two working days, or we’ll give you a full refund.

We guarantee that delivery will be attempted* by the end of the second working day following the day the order was places (subject to point 3 below).

1. Weekends and bank holidays are not counted as working days.

2. Orders must be placed by 3pm.

*Delivery timeframes refer to the first delivery attempt and do not guarantee receipt of the order.

  • We have made every effort to ensure that all colours are accurately reproduced on our website. However, please bear in mind that your own screen may cause variations in colour reproduction.

  • All orders must be paid for in £ sterling.

  • Regrettably, at the present time, we are unable to ship orders to the Channel Isles, Republic of Ireland or any address outside the UK.

  • Purchase of a sharp implement / dangerous goods. By placing an order for one of these items you are declaring that you are 18 years of age or over. We may offer for sale items which are restricted for sale to persons over the age of 18. By placing an order for one of these items you are declaring that you are 18 years of age or over and as part of the transactional process we are required to verify the age of the person purchasing any of these items using the Equifax Identity and Age Verification Service. These items must be used responsibly and appropriately. Delivery of age restricted items can only be made to the address on the shipping label, but this can include the reception of a commercial building. A signature of the recipient will be required upon delivery. Photo identification and proof of ID is required for click & collect and delivered purchases.
  • Once a full refund has been received for delayed delivery, no further refund beyond the amount originally paid will be given in the case of a faulty item

Delivery Restrictions

We currently offer delivery to mainland UK addresses only. Delivery is not available to the Highlands & Islands, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man or Northern Ireland.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order placed for a delivery address in an excluded location.

  1. The 15% launch day offer is valid on Wednesday 29th April 2026 only. 
  2. To redeem the offer, customers must enter code LAUNCH15 at checkout. 
  3. The offer gives customers 15% off eligible We Solved It products. 
  4. The offer excludes delivery charges. 
  5. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code, promotion or offer. 
  6. The offer is valid until 11:59pm on Wednesday 29th April 2026, unless withdrawn earlier. 
  7. The offer is subject to product availability. 
  8. We reserve the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the offer where necessary due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including technical issues, stock availability or misuse of the promotion.

 2. We Solved It Launch Prize Draw

  1. This prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Coopers of Stortford, We Solved It, associated companies, agencies, suppliers and their immediate families. 
  2. Purchase is necessary. Customers will be entered automatically when they place a qualifying order on the We Solved It website during the launch promotion period. 
  3. The first 1,000 qualifying orders placed during the launch promotion period will be entered into the prize draw. 
  4. One winner will receive a bundle of We Solved It products worth £200. 
  5. The prize bundle will be selected by We Solved It and may vary depending on product availability. 
  6. The winner will be drawn at random and contacted within 4 weeks of We Solved It reaching 1,000 qualifying orders. 
  7. The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided at checkout. 
  8. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of being contacted, We Solved It reserves the right to select an alternative winner. 
  9. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. 
  10. We Solved It reserves the right to substitute the prize with products of equal or greater value if the original prize is unavailable.

 3. Mystery Gift

  1. Customers who place a qualifying We Solved It order on Wednesday 29th April 2026 will receive one mystery gift in their parcel, while stocks last. 
  2. The mystery gift is provided as a thank-you gift with qualifying launch-day orders. 
  3. One mystery gift is available per qualifying order. 
  4. Mystery gifts are selected at We Solved It’s discretion and may vary between customers. 
  5. Mystery gifts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, refunded or transferred. 
  6. The mystery gift is subject to availability and may be substituted with an alternative item at We Solved It’s discretion. 
  7. If an order is cancelled, returned in full or found to be fraudulent, the customer may no longer qualify for the mystery gift.
